A Workington football team has been rewarded - for being the oldest in Cumbria!
Frostoms Over-35s FC has a combined age of 618, just 11 years less than the UK's oldest, Ecclesfield White Bear FC.
The search for the oldest Sunday league or local football team was part of a national campaign to celebrate successful senior citizens, launched by over-60s energy scheme StayWarm from E.ON - sponsors of The FA Cup.
As Cumbria's oldest football team, Frostoms won a football kit worth £500 in its red and white colours.
Its oldest players are Derek Stephenson, 66 - who plays mostly in winter - and Bob McGarry, 60. The youngest outfield player is Tommy Linford, 36.
The team has an average age of 48.
